If cost were no object, removing or diverting overhead electricity lines would be the preferred solution of most landowners and developers. At Hamer Associates we help to turn this potential into reality. It is not always possible to have overhead lines removed and it is not always the cheapest solution. But, where it is achievable we deliver excellent results, frequently at a fraction of the estimated cost.
Naturally the electricity company’s would seek the most desirable solution to suit them. This would not necessarily be the best solution for our client. However, this is where our in depth knowledge of electricity engineering and law comes to fruition. We are able to negotiate a mutually beneficial solution in the full knowledge that our client would not be put at a disadvantage by the decision made.
