Line removal for large industrial developer
Challenge
One of the UK’s largest commercial/industrial developers was losing 1,000’s sq ft of potential space due to the presence of two 132,000 volts overhead electric lines on a major development area.
Solution
Hamer Associates are currently negotiating a solution that will mean the removal of both lines at a massively reduced cost. Removal of the lines is due to take place in 2010 which fits in with the developers timescales.
